Before I get to the goods, I'd like to state that I choose to believe that Finn McKenty was speaking specifically about the Punk Rock MBA channel, because I read Stuff You Will Hate for way too long to believe it was always about a paycheck. (Which if he ever goes back to just having fun writing about music, I'd love to read it.) But, the Youtube stuff, yeah. I think he pretty much outright said that at the beginning.
Sorry, reader, you're learning that I'm a boomer. ANYWAYS...
Hoops Hype has an interesting... are those articles? Anyway, I think it might be something we should all study and try to understand
I think I misread the headline at first because I was about to go in with opinions firing about how professional basketball has had so many eras, even in the last 25 years, each with their own GOATs.
But then I
I mean, not the way I'd say it, but yeah. Like, I have nothing to say outside of what he said. There have been so many great players and they get washed away because everyone has to do the tip toe around maybe Kobe wasn't your GOAT?
When I was a young kid in the OKC metroplex, I was a Bulls fan. I enjoyed watching the Bulls beat Magic and the Lakers. I remember the tail end of Bird's career. And at the end, I was pulling for him. Simply because he was just so automatic. Each of them could be a GOAT and played in the same timeframe as, Oklahoma Storm legendary coach, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. And I could go on from there.
Dr. J, Kobe, Michael, Wilt, Kareem, Magic, Bird, Pippen, Rodman, Shaq, Lebron, Carter
Those are off the top of my head. Let me look at stats real quick.
Also fuck this formatting. I'm too lazy to do more than I've done.
